Typed in ‘sandwich’ when looking for a spot to eat on google maps and am I so happy to have checked out Black Casket Cafe! First, the place has the coolest vibe! You can tell it was decorated with passion. So many cool things to see. Even if gothic core isn’t your style, this place is pretty rad looking. Second, the staff there were so friendly and welcoming! Third and probably the best, the food is amazing! We got a custom sandwich and breakfast burrito, which were HUGE and so good. Probably the best sandwiches we’ve had in recent memory. Their London fogs were delicious, not too sweet and full of flavour. We’re still too full to try to raspberry lemon roll but it smells divine so we’ll report back later. We will definitely be making this place a frequent stop because it was just too good!

I’ve been to Black Casket a few times before for hot beverages which have always been amazing, but this time I stopped by for sandwiches. I got the tuna sandwich on gluten free bread for my partner and I had the jalapeño popper sandwich with added ham. Both were incredible!!! The servings were huge, and they were both so tasty! Also, every single time I’ve been there the customer service has been the best! I highly recommend you check them out!

Awesome place it's in such a small niche area but I would come here every single day if I was closer the staff are very nice the place has a lot of character especially if you're like me and you love Halloween. The cookie and the soup were amazing that I had also their cherry pie is to die for the crust is not too thick The filling is not too sweet a must try. I will definitely try more stuff and update the review as needed.

Stumbled upon this place on the way out of town. Very cool vibe ...as the name implies it has a bit of a dark theme but it's tastefully done. Coffee was great and the sandwich even better. I felt I got great value for money it was about 20 for a Canadiano (cus f trump) and an Italian sandwich that was nicely loaded and flavorful.

Everything that I had here was amazing! From the drink (equinox elixir) to the sticky bun and sausage party soup, it was all super tasty! The drink was sweet, fruity and a bit tangy (I especially liked that it was made with coconut milk). The sticky bun was both sweet and salty. So incredibily flavourful, the dough was perfect and fluffy. The soup was also amazing, that I'm still thinking about it! I can't wait until I make it back and get to try some more things! Keep up your amazing work

A fun, quirky cafe off the beaten path. It's tucked away in an industrial park but there was a steady stream of people stopping in. You know it's going to be good when you see that, given it's location. The coffee was great and the sandwich in a jumbo croissant was so tasty! They also have some sweet treats to tempt you. The decor is very goth, of course, to go with the name. It was fun to take it all in while waiting my turn to order. The ladies were lovely and even snuck a little extra piece of salami in my bag for my puppy patiently waiting outside. If you're in the Mt. Lehman area, pay them a visit.
